For the efficient and gentle cleaning of Alcantara, synthetics and natural fibres in upholstery and carpets. Also suitable for all types of synthetic fibre and natural fibre.Fabrics like Alcantara and Amaretta are ultra-microfibre materials (synthetic materials) which have a surface like suede.These fabrics should be vacuumed at regular intervals and occasionally wiped with a damp cloth. COLOURLOCK Alcantara & Fabric Cleaner is ideal for removing dirt and stains from Alcantara car and furniture upholstery.Cleaning big surfaces: Wet the stained surface slightly with COLOURLOCK Alcantara & Fabric Cleaner and immediately wipe gently with a terry cloth. Repeat as necessary.Removing stains: Wet a sponge or a soft brush with some cleaner. Press the foam out of the sponge. Clean the stained area in a circular motion. Then wipe with a damp cloth. Don`t rub too hard or make it too wet. If stains prove difficult to remove, you are advised to consult a professional upholstery cleaner to avoid damaging the material.Fresh stains should be absorbed immediately with an absorbent, clean cloth. Either dab or work from outside of the stain to the centre. Do not rub too hard. With larger stains, work from seam to seam.For greasy and waxy stains use COLOURLOCK Degreaser. Work carefully. Test in a hidden area first.To reduce future soiling and stains, protect the surface with COLOURLOCK Waterproofing for Leather & Textiles. Keep heat away from Alcantara. For example cigarette burns can cause irreparable damage.Alcantara is prone to pilling. Abrasion causes the fibres to develop into small spherical nodules. If the surface is not too damaged, it can be restored with the COLOURLOCK Sanding Pad. But if the material is too badly damaged, it has to be replaced. ApplicationAlways test any products first on a hidden area in case they affect the colour. Spray the area Wipe with terry In case of stains, use a sponge and press cleaning foam Clean the stains circularly with the foam Shake bottle before use. Apply some cleaner on a sponge and press the foam out of it. Clean the surface in a circular motion. If necessary,repeat treatment after drying. Then rub with a slightly moistened cloth.Cleaning of large surfaces: Slightly moisten the soiled surface with the Cleaner and immediately soak up with a terry cloth. Repeat as necessary. Removal of stains: Apply the Cleaner to a sponge or soft brush. Clean the surface in a circular motion. Rub with a slightly moistened cloth.. Do not rub too harshly and do not apply too much liquid. Stains which resist removal should be referred to a professional upholstery cleaner or car valeting service, rather than risking superficial damage by cleaning attempts using products which are too intense.

Before washing please note: Heavily soiled garments or greasy collars, cuffs etc. should be pre-soaked in luke-warm water and the problem areas pre-treated with the Wash Concentrate and a soft brush. With leather garments of more than one color, or those made from a mixture of leather and textile, or with a light colored lining, some color-bleeding can occur. In such cases always soak in LEDER FEIN® Leather Fixative before washing. Never wash two different garments together. Always wash the two or three parts of a dress or trouser suit, together. Fading and scuff marks may be hidden by the soiling and can become visible after cleaning. On some leather types the dyes have not been fixed to the fibre. Others are coated with oils or waxes. Such garments will be clean after washing but will have a changed surface or appearance. Loose buttons or too loosely sewn decorative applications must be removed or secured before washing. Sheepskins with a white underside: Always cut off a small piece and use it for a test. If it becomes hard, it means the garment has been subject to a kind of tanning that is washed out in water. In which case, do not wash. Leather Fixative Pre-treatment LEDER FEIN® Leather Fixative is used to fix colors on leather garments during washing. It can also be used for the removal of water stains on natural and aniline leather. For leather-textile mixtures, multi-colored garments, single-colored garments in black, red, blue, bordeaux and green: Always pre-soak in a basin with Leather Fixative! Effect: Fixes tanning agents, colors, and lipids inside the leather. Prevents the colors from washing out. Use preferably prior to washing.  Soak in a basin or bathtub, not in the washing machine. Add half a bottle to approx. 10 litres hand hot water, max. 30 °C until covered. Motorcycle suits: use a full bottle. Soak the garment thoroughly for approx. 60 minutes, moving occasionally. Put it into the washing machine, without rinsing. Careful: The product contains natural volatile acids. Avoid skin contact, use rubber gloves. Wash off skin or eyes with generous amounts of water. Keep away from children.  Leather & Fur Washing Concentrate Hand Wash Instructions Suitable for hand-washing all suede and nappa leathers, including jackets, coats, shirts, trousers, motorcycle suits and gloves. Depending on the garment size use ⅓ – ½ bottle + approx. 12 litres of warm water. Cover the garment. Keep the temperature below 35°C (95°F). For a complete motorcycle suit or large coat, use 1 bottle and enough water to cover. Soak for about 30 minutes and wash by hand. Treat heavy soiling with a soft brush. When clean, remove and rinse once in clean warm water. Surface Cleaning: using a thin concentrate 1:50, wipe the surface or use a brush.  Leather & Fur Washing Concentrate Machine Wash Only use the delicates or wool program and do not exceed 35°C (95°F). Suitable for all suede and grain leather, such as jackets, coats, shirts, trousers, folklore costumes, motorcycle clothing and gloves. Also ideal for leather/textile-combinations. Depending on garment size add ⅓ – ½ bottle to the machine. Motorcycle suits or large coats will need one whole bottle. Heavy soiling: soak for 1 hour and pre-treat with a soft brush dipped in concentrate. Wash with the delicates or wool program at no more than 35°C (95°F). At the end of the wash-cycle, only spin for about 30 seconds. Remove the wet garment, shake and stretch out the folds. Hang or lay the wet garment on a towel at room temperature away from sun or heat. This can sometimes take several days, depending on the leather…but it’s worth it. Important: Never dry in a drier or with heat! After drying, the leather fibres will be stuck together. Pull and stretch the garment into shape in all directions and, if needed, cold tumble dry (inside out), for about 15 - 30 minutes. Do not use heat. Nubuck and suede should be brushed with a soft brush.   The Care of Leather Garments Coated Top-Grain Leather Many top-grain leathers (such as motorcycle leather) have pigmented protective coatings to make them waterproof and more resistant to fading and staining. These leathers are easy to recognize, as rubbed-on moisture will not sink in and darken the leather. Care instructions: Scuffs and wear can be easily repaired with COLOURLOCK Leather Fresh in the correct tone. Top-Grain leather clothing should be protected and nourished by wiping with LEDER FEIN® Leather Care & Waterproofing Oil at least twice a year. This prevents cracking, shrinkage and stains.  Open Pored Top Grain Leather (napa, aniline) These are leathers which are dyed throughout but, in order to maintain their look and feel, their surfaces have not been coated. A little pressure or rubbing with moisture will darken these. Care instructions: Regular treatment with COLOURLOCK Aniline Cream (every 2-3 months) will prevent water or fat stains. Older aniline leathers can be revitalized by regular treatment with our COLOURLOCK Aniline Protector. This adds softening oils, anti-oxidants, UV-filters and intensifies the dyes. For heavy fading consult a leather professional.  Suedes and Nubucks These are leathers with a velour (slightly furry) surface. Typical are pig, goat, cow-hide, nubuck or suede, deerskin, elk and lamb. Care instructions: treat at least 1-2 times per year with our COLOURLOCK Aniline Protector, an aerosol designed to protect against fading and dryness. It is also ideal for re-conditioning suedes and nubucks after washing. It restores the freshness of the color. Heavy fading of all kinds of leather can only be restored by a professional. Do not forget to waterproof the open surface of such leathers with LEDER FEIN® Leather Waterproofing Pump Spray. To remove light soiling, brush with our soft Leather Brush or use the Nubuck Eraser.

It can also be used for the removal of water stains on natural and aniline leather.Amount: 100 ml; 1 litre For leather-textile mixtures, multi-coloured garments, single-coloured garments in black, red, blue, bordeaux and green: Always pre-soak in a bath with Leather Fixative! Effect: Fixes tanning agents, colours and lipids inside the leather. Careful: The product contains natural volatile acids. Avoid skin contact, use rubber gloves. Wash off skin or eyes with generous amounts of water. Keep away from children.

When liquids, especially those containing oils and fats, sink into leather surfaces they can leave visible stains. Because these substances have soaked into the leather, normal surface cleaning will not remove the stains. It could actually make the damage worse.  TYPICAL APPLICATIONS Darkened areas on leather armrests, headrests and seats caused by contact with hair and skin. Where skin has been in contact with leather bags, particularly the handles. Greasy collars on leather clothing. Fresh oil or grease stains on porous leather. Successful stain removal depends on a number of factors: The fresher the stain, the easier it is to treat. Larger stains that have developed over several years are unlikely to be removed completely. The more the oils and fats are absorbed into the leather, the lower the chance of a successful cleaning treatment. A few sprinkled drops are easier to remove than a complete spilled bottle. Oils are less viscous than fats and are therefore more easily absorbed by the spray. Coloured or impure oils or fats (coloured lamp oil, waste oil, and grease from hinges or bicycle chains) or mixtures of various substances (sauces, ketchup, chocolate, cream, etc.) are more difficult to remove than pure oils or fats. Unsuccessful and incorrect cleaning can make the damage worse. If the Absorber Spray fails to solve the problem, please consult professional leather cleaning or repair companies. APPLICATION COLOURLOCK Grease Absorber Spray is a solvent-based spray mixed with an absorbent powder. The solvent dissolves oils and fats and the powder absorbs it. The spray can be used on all types of leather, but always test on a hidden area first.Apply the Absorber Spray on and around the stain and let dry completely. Remove the powder residue with a vacuum cleaner, brush or cloth. Repeat the process until the stain is eradicated or at least partially removed. Sometimes, after a few days, the spots can reappear because the oil was drawn deep into the leather and moved back to the surface. If this occurs, repeat the process.If any darkened areas remain, wait a few hours then stretch the surface to separate and open the leather fibres. Lightened areas can be darkened carefully by applying small amounts of care products. Always test first on a hidden area. Ask a specialist for advice if you are unsure.

Removes ballpoint pen marks and similar discolouration from pigmented top-grain leather.Ballpoint pen marks are not easy to remove from furniture and car leather. If the mark is fresh, there is a better chance of cleaning it off but, if it has been there for more than three days, the area will have to be coloured. ApplicationBefore starting to remove pen marks, first identify the type of leather. Incorrect cleaning methods can increase the damage. We distinguish between the following types of leather when cleaning stains and marks:Pigmented leather: Pigmented smooth leather is leather with a protective layer of paint on the surface. A drop of water rubbed in does not sink into the leather but rolls off. Pigmented leathers generally have a satin finish and a grained surface.Aniline leather is porous, smooth leather. A drop of water rubbed in will penetrate and darken the surface.Suede is the reverse side of a smooth leather or both sides of split leather.Nubuck is the sanded grain side of a smooth leather to create a soft, velvety effect.PU-Leather / Bycast leather / Bicast leather is a split leather (suede) with a grained film of polyurethane applied to the surface. Such leather is usually shiny with a plastic-like appearance. STROKES FROM BALLPOINT PENS STROKES FROM BALLPOINT PENS ON PIGMENTED LEATHER Ballpoint pen lines on furniture and car leather occur quite often. Unfortunately, these are not always easily removable.Please note the following: The fresher a ballpoint pen mark is, the easier it is to remove. When the ballpoint pen mark is older than three days, it is rarely possible to just clean and remove the mark. In most cases, this will have to be coloured. Whole drawings by children are much more difficult to remove than short lines. Cleaning attempts with the wrong products often increase the damage. Procedure: Always test first on a hidden area. Ideally, draw a line on this hidden area and clean vigorously, to give you an idea how effective it would be on the visible area. If it’s easy to clean, there should be no cause for concern. Some pens lose a lot of ink. To avoid spreading the ink, absorb the excess using masking tape. Next apply the Ballpoint Pen Remover. Press and hold the tip until it gets wet. Remove the ink stains with light circular movements, across a small radius and with little pressure. The liquid softens the area and dissolves the ink. Always remove dissolved ink with a cloth to avoid the stain spreading and clean the tip if necessary. The tip of the pen is designed to work on both sides so you can turn it upside down and re-insert, as required. Repeat the process and, if necessary, slightly increase the pressure. Older stains cannot be removed without damaging the leather’s colour so you will need to re-colour the affected area. Old ink stains tend to penetrate back out even after the leather is re-coloured. It is therefore essential to clean as thoroughly as possible prior to re-colouring. Sanding Pad can be tested too, as the surface is a sanded surface. Rub gently and work with extreme care and precision. Always work from seam to seam. If there is a danger of damaging the leather, stop, even if a light shadow remains. A colour repair is not possible.   STROKES FROM BALLPOINT PENS ON PU LEATHER Most PU leathers (bycast/bicast leather) are dark and strokes from ballpoint pens are not so visible. Cleaning off the strokes risks damaging the foil on the suede. Always test on a hidden area first and don’t press or rub too hard. If there is a danger of damaging the leather, stop, even if the mark is visible. A colour repair is only possible if the leather is monochrome. STROKES FROM FIBRE PENS OR OTHER PENS AND INK STAINS STROKES AND SPOTS ON PIGMENTED LEATHER Ballpoint Pen Remover for pen lines. Where the pen strokes have smeared, use GLD Solvent. Cover any remaining traces with Leather Fresh then apply Leather Shield protector. STROKES AND SPOTS ON ANILINE LEATHER Aniline leather is very sensitive due to the open pores. Strokes and spots usually cannot be removed without the help of an expert. The risk of increasing the damage is very high. STROKES AND SPOTS ON SUEDE OR NUBUCK Cleaning does not provide the desired result as the ink sinks into the fibres. You can attempt to remove the discolouration very carefully with the Sanding Pad. Intensive colourations can’t be removed. Ask an expert for advice. STROKES AND SPOTS ON PU LEATHER The procedure is the same as for pigmented leather. Work carefully and test on a hidden area first. INK STAINS Lighter ink stains on pigmented leather can be removed in the same way as ballpoint pen marks on pigmented leather. GLD Solvent is the first choice. Follow the instructions for discolouration.When ink stains sink into smooth leather, only experts can help. Sometimes the ink can be absorbed as much as possible and be blocked before a re-colouration.Most ink stains on suede and nubuck can't be treated even by experts.

The GLD GLD Solvent ND Pen 40 ml can be used to smooth down Fluid Leather or Filler repairs.ApplicationIf the damaged area is large, it may not be possible to achieve a smooth and even surface with a spatula. Post-processing is required but Liquid Leather should not be sanded dry, as it would damage the repair.Instead smooth the repaired area with the GLD Solvent ND Pen 40 ml. GLD Solvent dissolves the upper layer of the repair substance, so that the surface can be easily reshaped.Open the cap of the COLOURLOCK GLD Solvent ND Pen 40 ml and press down the felt tip several times, so that it soaks up the GLD Solvent. Dab off any excess with a piece of cloth. Carefully dissolve the dried Liquid Leather repair, smooth it down and let it dry again. Alternatively, the repair can be sanded with the COLOURLOCK Leather Sanding Pad after dissolution. Both methods serve for smoothing down a repair. Always work gently and with a small amount of GLD Solvent. Too much liquid causes the repair to "blur".This process can be repeated as many times as required, until you are satisfied with the result.The felt tip of the COLOURLOCK GLD Solvent ND Pen 40 ml can be taken out in case of soiling or wear and be replaced the other way round. This exchange should always be performed after a colour change.

Removes water stains on aniline leather Can be used on aniline furniture, handbags, jackets and car seats. Stains caused by other spillages (tea, coffee, wine etc) on aniline leather may not be removed completely but will show a significant improvement. After treatment, we recommend applying a suitable care product from our range to make the leather waterproof and protect it from future stains. Jackets and handbags will have to be treated completely. Please read detailed description below. Application areas: Furniture Leather, Shoes, Bags & Accessories, Leather ClothingFor: Aniline leatherPenetrated stains on aniline (porous smooth leather) and suede or nubuck are not easy to remove. With water-based cleaners, the leather gets wet and in most cases the stains stay visible. Aniline Stain Remover is a special product formulated to remove water stains and other water-based stains from aniline leather. Stains caused by spillages other than water may not be removed completely but will show a significant improvement. It is important to treat these stains as soon as possible.Please note:This product will not remove grease, fat or oil stains.This product is not suitable for antique leather (older than 30 years) which is extremely hard and cracked leather. Water Marks On Aniline FurnitureFor sensitive aniline furniture, aniline bags and aniline shoes, use Aniline Stain Remover. Every piece of leather is different and can react differently to the same treatment. We therefore cannot guarantee the removal of water marks. However, we have achieved excellent results with this method.Application: Always test in a hidden area first. Wear gloves. Apply fixative with a soft cloth evenly from seam to seam (wet the area well). Don’t rub too hard! Otherwise you might damage the softened surface. To speed up drying, a hair dryer (cold air!) can be used. Repeat the process until no further improvement can be achieved.After drying, new leathers (visually like new and soft) should be protected intensively with COLOURLOCK Aniline Cream to avoid new stains. Older leather (visible patina) should be protected with COLOURLOCK Elephant Leather Preserver. Water Marks On Suede Or Nubuck FurniturePenetrated stains on suede and nubuck are not easy to remove. Rarely can the stains be completely removed. However, significant improvements can be achieved. Application: Always test in a hidden area. Wear gloves. Apply Aniline Stain Remover evenly with a soft cloth from seam to seam (wet well). Don’t rub too hard! Otherwise you might damage the softened surface. To speed up drying, a hair dryer (cold air!) can be used. Repeat the process until no further improvement can be achieved. After drying, sand the surface with COLOURLOCK Leather Sanding Pad and finish with COLOURLOCK Aniline Protector and COLOURLOCK Waterproofing. Water Marks On Garments (Aniline, Suede, Nubuck)Clothing leather has the advantage that it can be completely washed. This avoids more marks being caused by local cleaning attempts. Please order COLOURLOCK Wash Concentrate Kit and wash the garment as per instructions provided in the kit.Careful: The product contains natural volatile acids. Avoid skin contact, use rubber gloves. Wash off skin or eyes with generous amounts of water. Keep away from children.

Some smells can be eliminated easily with our Odour Remover, and some are impossible to neutralize, even with a specialized product. Usually, cigarette, animal and urine odours are simple to remove; urine only becomes a problem when it has seeped into the leather multiple times and over a longer time span. Mildew can be treated easily only if the padding under the leather is not affected. This is generally only the case when the leather has been stored inappropriately for just a short time. Please see our information on the treatment of mildew on leather. The smell of new leather is generally not removable.Amount: 250 ml; 1 litre Application Clean all affected surfaces thoroughly before use. Always test on a hidden area first. Spray evenly on the surface and spread with a cloth. Important: Be sure to treat all surfaces and folds of large cushions (including the reverse), as well as any spaces between cushions. If applicable, repeat treatment, then let the items air out for several days.

Dilute the washing agent with water 1:1. Apply the liquid with the Leather Cleaning Brush and brush off. Rinsing is not necessary. Let the shoes dry in a shoe tree. The washing agent has a disinfectant effect, regulates the pH value, and reduces smell.

Since Sneaker Cleaner is in a foam cleaner, the materials do not harden after use, unlike with the use of liquid cleaners. The COLOURLOCK Sneaker Cleaner is available in a practical foam dispenser bottle so it’s easy to use just the right amount and consumption remains low.

The Nubuck Eraser, along with the Leather Sanding Pad, will remove stains from suede and nubuck. The Sanding Pad should be applied to larger areas, while the Eraser is more appropriate for individual crusty stains. The Eraser can also be used to remove dirt on hard surfaces (such as shoes) and sleeve/collar edges of leather clothing.  Application Localized soiling is often not easy to remove. Using a corner of the Eraser, rub the affected area in a circular motion. If a stain proves too resistant, you may have to stop to prevent damaging the leather surface.

Degreaser is used in various situations for degreasing. The degreaser is a solvent-free product, yet powerful and gentle to the surface. It does not dissolve the color and is therefore excellent for degreasing all types of leather. Areas of application: for degreasing smooth leather and removing care product residues before repair for the professional and end user. for degreasing grease spots in the headrest and armrest areas of furniture, steering wheels, handles and gear knobs on vehicles, handles on handbags and suitcases, etc.for cleaning/degreasing of "spackled" rough leathers in the furniture tradefor degreasing greasy collars on jackets before washing with leather detergentfor degreasing greasy areas before professional dyeing in the workshop   Amounts of COLOURLOCK Degreaser: 30 ml is enough for steering wheels or handbag handles. 150 ml is sufficient for a furniture set or car interior. 250 ml and 1 liter for more extensive degreasing work or for several objects. APPLICATION Always test all products first on a concealed area for changes! Although COLOURLOCK Degreaser does not dissolve colors, it may cause a lightening of colors in open-pored leathers or if too much was used on smooth leather. Therefore, pre-testing is always advisable. Dampen a clean, soft cloth with the degreaser and go over the greasy areas. Plain smooth leathers can be degreased thoroughly after a test. For open-pored leather (suede, aniline leather, etc.), only briefly dart over the leather with the cloth in order to avoid edging and stains caused by the cleaning attempt. Allow the leather to dry between all treatments. Do not blow dry. Not all grease spots can be removed completely. Areas of contact with skin or hair and areas greased over long periods of time are particularly difficult. In some cases, grease remover spray might help. For large areas, deeply absorbed oils, or heavy greasing, seek professional advice. After cleaning with the COLOURLOCK Degreaser, re-condition and protect the leather with a care product suitable for the type of leather.

For light-colored smooth leathers or artificial leathers, discolouration can occur from items like jeans, belts, bags (both leather and fabrics), or pens. These stains are common on furniture and vehicle upholstery. If not promptly cleaned, the dyes can penetrate the surface and become impossible to remove with regular cleaners. The GLD solvent ND can be used to attempt the removal of such stains when gentler cleaners have failed. Typically, 250 ml of GLD ND is sufficient as it is a specialized cleaner with a dissolving effect. For experienced users requiring larger quantities, the liter of GLD ND is recommended. APPLICATION Depending on the material, start by attempting to clean the surface with Leather Cleaner Strong or Cleaner for Artificial Leather. If unsuccessful, apply some GLD ND to a microfiber cloth and carefully clean the surface. Always test on a hidden area first! Some surfaces are easily dissolved (furniture leather), while others react more subtly (car leather, artificial leather). Carelessness with GLD ND can worsen the problem. When using GLD ND, the upper layer of leather colour is dissolved. Some leather dye may also be removed while trying to remove the discoloration, which will be visible on the cloth. Be cautious not to completely remove the colour layer. If colour removal occurs or the discoloration cannot be fully eliminated, these areas must be retouched with suitable Leather Fresh dye. Before cleaning with GLD ND, smooth roughened areas with COLOURLOCK Polishing Pad 4000. In approximately half of the cases, GLD ND alone is sufficient and colour matching is unnecessary. The more severe the discoloration, the higher the likelihood of requiring colour matching with Leather Fresh dye. Artificial leather is more challenging to clean than genuine leather. To prevent further discoloration, regularly protect the surface with COLOURLOCK Leather Shield. This product reduces dye penetration into the surface. To be safe, treat all previously unaffected contact surfaces with the leather shield. However, the shield should only be applied to surfaces previously cleaned with leather cleaner mild or strong.

Aniline and Nubuck Cleaner is suitable for open-pored, fine-grained smooth leather, aniline leather, suede, velvety buffed leather and nubuck leather, as well as oiled and greased leather. They must be re-oiled or greased after cleaning. In particular, nubuck and aniline leather are very susceptible to stains and dirt and quickly become greasy. The leather absorbs liquids very quickly, which often results in water marks. With this product, which is a further development of the popular COLOURLOCK Aniline Cleaner, water residues almost never form on the leather after cleaning, even with a "wet" cleaning. COLOURLOCK Aniline and Nubuck Cleaner is used in the furniture and automotive sectors. Aniline leathers and nubuck are open-pored smooth leathers. Nubuck absorbs moisture and dirt more quickly due to its extremely opened surface. These open-pored leathers are more sensitive to soiling than surface-dyed leathers. COLOURLOCK Aniline and Nubuck Cleaner frees aniline and nubuck leather from dirt without leaving water residues on the leather. The cleaner does not contain any solvents. It is made with plant-based active ingredients and does not contain synthetic odors. COLOURLOCK Aniline and Nubuck Cleaner is gentle yet effective. It is gentle on both colors and materials. We will be glad to help you! Application As the product is easy to apply, both private customers and commercial customers can use it comfortably. Nevertheless, if you have very heavy soiling, contact a specialist company in order to avoid even greater damage. Here, too, we will be happy to help you with recommendations. Although the product is gentle, test it in a non-visible area when using it for the first time. After testing, use COLOURLOCK Aniline and Nubuck Cleaner as described below. DO NOT apply the cleaner directly to the soiled area. Instead, apply it onto a sponge or a leather cleaning brush wrapped with a microfiber cloth, cotton cloth or terry cloth, lathering it up slightly. Apply the product “wet” and work carefully in a circular motion from seam to seam to avoid streaking. This process can be repeated if necessary. CAUTION: When using a leather cleaning brush, do not rub too hard in order to avoid damaging the sensitive leather and to avoid rubbing off the color of open-pored leather. Check for color abrasion during use. After cleaning is complete, let it dry at room temperature. Due to a small addition of a neutral synthetic resin, the product binds with the dirt in a fine crystalline form. As a result, the cleaner acts as a drying aid as well as an anti-soiling agent and prevents the formation of water spots. Make sure that the leather is completely dry before applying a care or re-greasing product. After it is dry, use the appropriate care products to nurture it and protect it against new soiling. With the correct products, the leather becomes less sensitive, and the next cleaning will be easier. The appropriate care product depends on the type of leather. During house work or the treatment with leather superglue stains sometimes occur. In most cases, the stains cannot be completely removed even if you react quickly. Many cleaners or cleaning methods attack the color of the leather and leave stains. Such stains can often be removed with the COLOURLOCK Sek Off ND. The superglue remover can also be applied on imitation leather and fabrics. ProcedureFirst test whether it is a pigmented leather. To do this, rub a drop of water on the leather and check whether it is absorbed. If it doesn't soak in, you have pigmented leather. If the stain sinks in, first ask for advice on whether the superglue stain can be removed at all. Clean dirty leather from seam to seam with the Leather Cleaner Mild before removing the stain. Dab Sek Off onto a clean, soft cloth and test first on an inconspicuous area for color peeling or staining. Then rub gently in the stain area until the glue loosens. For older stains, allow some time to act. If necessary, repeat the process. Always rub with a damp cloth, and if the surface gets too sticky, let it dry first. Otherwise you might loosen the layer of paint on the leather. Finally, wipe the area with a cloth dampened with water. After removing the stain, protect the leather in the processing area with the leather shield. Should the color come off, match the color change with the COLOURLOCK Leather Fresh dye. In case of fabrics, a test for stains and edges in the hidden area must always be carried out first! Do not rub too hard and always allow to dry completely between work steps! Danger! Causes serious eye irritation. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. If possible, remove contact lenses. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention.
